Meet other internationally-minded people with a European affinity in a convivial cross-cultural atmosphere. If you are from Europe or have a strong European connection and want to make interesting new friends, have substantial conversations, practice your language skills or just have fun, come join us! Drop in when you can and stay for as long as you want. You'll discover a friendly group where mingling is mandatory! (See mingling etiquette.) Newcomers are very welcome. Come on your own or with a friend.

Check in at the welcome table to receive your Friends of Europe name badge. The event is pay-as-you-go by paying individually and will end around 7PM to allow people to dine together afterwards if they want at a nearby restaurant. There is a parking garage ($5 at weekends) under the venue and also street parking nearby.

There is a limit on the number of people the venue can accommodate. Please RSVP YES only if you are fairly confident that you - and your guest if you are bringing one - will be able to attend. Events are usually full, so if your plans change or your guest cannot come please update your RSVP so that someone else can come instead.

You can change your RSVP without any problem up to 24 hours before the start of the event. If you cancel your RSVP within 24 hours of the start of the event, you may be marked as a no-show if your spot is not filled. And if you just don't "show", you will be marked as no-show on your Meetup attendance record! (See RSVP Guidelines and Policies.)
